【產(chǎn)品原文引用】Blood samples of mice were centrifuged to obtain the serum, which was collected for testing. The content of anti-mullerian hormone (AMH), 17 beta-estradiol (E2), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) were detected following the manufacturer’s instruction using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits (Jinma, Shanghai, China). Briefly, the standard substance was diluted to form a concentration gradient, then the blank control, gradient standard substance and target samples were added into coated wells (50 μL each) of the ELISA kit for incubation at 37 ?C for 30 min, the wells were washed with washing buffer (repeated 5 times), and incubation was performed with enzyme conjugated reagent (50 μL each well) at 37 C for 30 min. Following washing, the chromogenic reagent was incubated for 15 min without light. After reaction termination within 10 min, the absorbance values of each well were obtained at wave length of 450 nm using a microplate reader (Thermo Fisher, MK3, USA).

Anti-inflammatory Effect of AGF on Cytokine Levels Protein concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the rat blood samples was measured using the method introduced by Cai[9]. Briefly, protein was extracted from the blood samples and the concentration was adjusted to 4 mg/ml.The concentration of TNF-α and IL-1β was then determined using a commercial ELISA kit(Shanghai Jinma Biological Technology, Inc., China) following the manufacturer's instruction.
